3. How do businesses get verified?
There are several ways that businesses earn the status of being a verified company. In order to get the badge, they need to provide proof for at least one of the following types of identification:
Proof of identity (E.g. Passport, driver’s license, etc.)
Contact details (Via sync with Google Business Profile)
Registered domain name ownership
Registered web hosting plan ownership
Government-registered business name ownership
Online payment gateway plan registration
Bank account registration
